Prof. Mohammad Shahidehpour, from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), visits the University of Maryland as a Distinguished Lecturer and speaks at the joint Seminar sponsored by the Institute for Systems Research (ISR) and the University of Maryland Energy Research Center (UMERC). Prof. Shahidehpour talks on Microgrids for Resiliency in Optimal Electrical Power System Planning.

Prof. Khaligh is the PI on a MII (Maryland Innovation Initiative) grant from Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO).
