Yichao Tang (S’12–M’16) received the B.S. degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, in 2015. He is currently a System Engineer with Texas Instruments, Kilby Labs, Santa Clara, CA, USA. His research interests include wide input dc–dc converters, IC power management, energy harvesting from environmental sources, renewable energies, power autonomy of mobile microrobots, as well as electric vehicle and plug-in electric vehicle.
