Huseyin Ayhan Yavasoglu (S’02) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2003 and 2005, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering.,He was a Visiting Scholar at the Maryland Power Electronics Laboratory (MPEL), Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, from June 2014 to May 2015. He worked as a Field Application Engineer with United Nationals Industrial Development Organization–International Center of Hydrogen Energy Technologies (UNIDO-ICHET), Istanbul, Turkey.
