Apurv Kumar Yadav received the B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India in 2011, the M.Tech degree in electronic systems engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Power Electronics from Department of Electronic Systems Engineering (formerly CEDT), Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, in 2015 and 2018 respectively. Currently, he is a post-doctoral associate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland. His PhD work was focused on multilevel voltage space vectors generated by stacked and cascaded basic inverter cells with capacitor voltage control for Induction motor drives. His research interests include multilevel inverters, motor drives and grid-connected converters.
