Peiwen He received a B.S. degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2010 and a M.S. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, in 2012 in Electrical Engineering. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Maryland, College Park. Since 2015, Peiwen has been working as a graduate research assistant in the Maryland Power Electronics Laboratory (MPEL).
Currently, he is working on developing high-frequency, high-power- density power converters for PEV and datacenter applications. His research interests include modeling and design of high-frequency ac-dc, dc-dc and dc-ac power electronic converters and electric chargers.
Peiwen enjoys playing eSports and badminton in his spare time.
